Call of Duty: Warzone

A free-to-play multiplayer first-person shooter in the battle royale genre, developed by Infinity Ward and Raven Software and published by Activision. It is a standalone title while also being part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). The game takes place in the massive fictional city of Verdansk, inspired by real-world locations in Eastern Europe. In the classic battle royale mode, 150 players fight for survival using weapons, vehicles, and tactical gear. A key feature is the "Gulag," where eliminated players get a chance to return by winning a one-on-one duel. Beyond standard battle royale, the game features the "Plunder" mode, where teams collect cash by completing contracts and defeating enemies. Throughout its lifespan, Warzone received numerous updates, introducing new maps, mechanics, and integration with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Vanguard. With its fast-paced gameplay, frequent updates, and cross-platform support, Warzone became one of the most popular titles in the genre, attracting millions of players worldwide.
