Dark Waters

An American legal thriller released in 2019, directed by Todd Haynes and written by Mario Correa and Matthew Michael Carnahan. The film is based on the true story of attorney Robert Bilott (portrayed by Mark Ruffalo), who embarks on a prolonged legal battle against the chemical giant DuPont, accusing them of environmental contamination with toxic substances.
