Magnum, P.I.

An American crime drama television series from 1980, created by Donald P. Bellisario and Glen A. Larson. The story centers on Thomas Magnum (Tom Selleck), a private investigator living on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Magnum is a former U.S. Navy officer and Vietnam War veteran who decides to remain in Hawaii and pursue a career in private investigation. He resides in the guest house of the luxurious estate "Robin's Nest," owned by the enigmatic author Robin Masters, and drives a red Ferrari 308 GTS.
