Mindhunters

A 2004 American crime slasher film directed by Renny Harlin. The story follows a group of FBI trainees learning methods of profiling serial killers. Under the guidance of seasoned instructor Jake Harris (Val Kilmer), they are sent to a remote island for their final test. Among the trainees are Sara Moore (Kathryn Morris), J.D. Reston (Christian Slater), Lucas Harper (Jonny Lee Miller), Bobby Whitman (Eion Bailey), Nicole Willis (Patricia Velásquez), Vince Sherman (Clifton Collins Jr.), and Rafe Perry (Will Kemp). They are joined by Philadelphia detective Gabe Jensen (LL Cool J), observing their training. On the island, the trainees encounter a series of deadly traps set by an unknown killer, who turns out to be among them. Each becomes a target, and they must use their profiling skills to survive and identify the murderer. The film combines elements of thriller and mystery, exploring themes of trust and paranoia under extreme conditions.
