S.W.A.T.

An American police action and crime drama created in 2017 in the United States by developers Aaron Rahsaan Thomas and Shawn Ryan, this modern adaptation of the 1975 television series and the 2003 film follows Sergeant Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson (Shemar Moore), a native of South Los Angeles and former Marine, as he leads an elite S.W.A.T. unit in Los Angeles. Harrelson strives to balance his duties to the police department with loyalty to his community. The team includes officers Jim Street (Alex Russell), Christina "Chris" Alonso (Lina Esco), Dominique Luca (Kenny Johnson), Victor Tan (David Lim), and Commander Robert Hicks (Patrick St. Esprit).
