Stardew Valley

An indie farming simulation game with RPG elements, created by American developer Eric Barone under the pseudonym ConcernedApe and released in 2016. The player inherits an old farm in the village of Pelican Town and must restore it by growing crops, raising animals, gathering resources, and interacting with the townspeople. In addition to farming, the game offers fishing, mining, crafting, cooking, and participation in various festivals. The social system allows players to befriend and form romantic relationships with the townspeople, including the option of marriage. Inspired by the Harvest Moon series, Stardew Valley introduced numerous new mechanics and modern depth. The game features charming pixel art, a relaxing atmosphere, and open-ended gameplay that allows players to develop their farm at their own pace.
