An adventure game with puzzles in a cyberpunk setting, made by the small French studio BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive. The player controls a stray ginger cat who, separated from his fellows, falls into a sealed underground city and looks for a way back up to the light. People vanished from it long before the events begin, and daily life is kept going by humanoid robots who have taken on the clothes, the speech and the bar-going habits of the former inhabitants. The cat's companion is a small flying drone named B-12, who translates the robots' speech and holds fragments of memory about the city's past. Movement is bound to what a cat can do: jumps happen only along set ledges and cornices, and getting on means squeezing through narrow gaps and climbing. Separate buttons are given to meowing and to scratching surfaces, and both serve as tools for solving problems rather than as decoration. The storytelling runs almost without words and rests on the arrangement of space instead of on dialogue. Play alternates chase sections, where hostile creatures have to be outrun, with exploration of the neon streets of the vertical city. The look of the city follows dense urban building with hanging wires and signs. The musical score of the game is done in an electronic style. The game came out on 19 July 2022 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, and later appeared on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, macOS and Nintendo Switch. The most recent edition came out on 28 May 2026. Reception was very warm: reviewers settled on high marks, the game took two awards for independent development and for a debut, and it sold in the millions within its first month.
