The Belyakovs on Vacation

The 2024 Russian comedy directed by Alexander Nazarov is a spin-off of the popular sketch show "Nasha Russia" and tells the story of the Belyakov family from Taganrog. The head of the family, Sergey Belyakov (Sergey Svetlakov), along with his wife Sveta (Svetlana Listova) and son, goes on vacation to Turkey. Upon arrival, it turns out that due to Sergey's mistake, the hotel rooms are booked for the next year. Encountering the wealthy Dubravin couple (Andrey Merzlikin and Maria Gorban), whom they have envied since school days, the Belyakovs decide to pretend to be a wealthy family. Sleeping wherever they can and hiding from the hotel manager Ali (Rukhin Magerramov), they find themselves in a series of comical situations. The film explores themes of family relationships, social ambitions, and human weaknesses, offering viewers an engaging and humorous journey.
