The Fate of the Furious

A 2017 action film directed by F. Gary Gray, the eighth installment in the Fast & Furious franchise. Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) are enjoying their honeymoon in Cuba, while the team finally has a chance for a normal life. However, everything changes when the mysterious cyber-terrorist Cipher (Charlize Theron) forces Dom to betray his friends and work for her. His longtime allies — Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), Letty, Roman (Tyrese Gibson), Tej (Ludacris), and Mr. Nobody (Kurt Russell) — join forces with their former enemy, Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham), to stop Cipher and bring Dom back. The story takes them across the globe, from Cuba to New York City and the icy plains of the Arctic, where they face a climactic battle involving a nuclear submarine.
