An American video game developed by Creat Studios in 2008 exclusively for Nintendo DS, Tony Hawk’s Motion is one of the most experimental entries in the Tony Hawk’s series. Unlike previous titles, this game relies on motion controls using the Motion Pack, a special cartridge with a built-in accelerometer that tracks console tilts to perform tricks. In addition to traditional skateboarding, the game includes a snowboarding mode, where players race down mountain slopes, performing jumps and spins. The gameplay features several modes, including career and free skate, but the levels are much smaller compared to classic entries in the series. Tony Hawk’s Motion received negative reviews due to its unresponsive controls, limited content, and weak physics, making it one of the least successful games in the franchise.
