A British video game developed by Big Bit in 2014, Tony Hawk’s Shred Session was the first mobile entry in the Tony Hawk’s series, designed for iOS and Android devices. Unlike traditional franchise titles, Tony Hawk’s Shred Session was an endless runner with skateboarding elements, where players performed tricks by swiping on the screen, collected points, and completed level-based challenges inspired by real skate locations. The game featured several professional skateboarders, including Tony Hawk himself, along with a system for character upgrades and customization. It was planned as a free-to-play title, but after a limited beta release, the project was canceled and never officially launched worldwide.
