Tony Hawk’s Skate Jam

An American video game developed by Maple Media in 2018, Tony Hawk’s Skate Jam was a mobile attempt to revive the Tony Hawk’s series, released on iOS and Android. The game featured classic arcade-style skateboarding reminiscent of earlier franchise entries, including trick-based gameplay, score challenges, missions, and tournament competitions. Unlike previous mobile titles, Tony Hawk’s Skate Jam aimed to replicate traditional mechanics with virtual button controls and open levels. However, due to weak physics, repetitive gameplay, and technical issues, it failed to gain traction. Despite Tony Hawk’s endorsement and branding, the game received a lukewarm reception and was soon abandoned by developers.
