A 1999 American animated film directed by John Lasseter and written by Andrew Stanton, Rita Hsiao, Doug Chamberlin, and Chris Webb. It is the sequel to the original Toy Story. The plot centers around Woody, who is kidnapped by a toy collector. Buzz Lightyear and the other toys embark on a dangerous mission to rescue their friend. Woody learns that he is a rare collectible and part of a popular series, but he must decide whether to stay with his new "family" or return to Andy.
