Canadian-Irish historical drama television series created by Michael Hirst. It premiered on March 3, 2013, on the History channel. Set in the early Middle Ages, it narrates the life of the semi-legendary Norse chieftain Ragnar Lothbrok, portrayed by Travis Fimmel.
