The first game in the Worms series to transition into full 3D, Worms 3D retained the classic turn-based tactical gameplay while introducing a new layer of depth with three-dimensional arenas and adjusted controls. Players still command teams of worms, using a vast arsenal of weapons, including the classic bazooka, grenades, and Super Sheep, but now in a 3D environment that significantly changes battle tactics.
