ArcheAge

A South Korean video game developed in 2013 by XL Games for Windows. It is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that offers an open world with a high degree of player freedom, allowing them to develop their characters, build houses and ships, trade, farm, fish, and engage in battles on land and sea. Unlike many MMORPGs, ArcheAge does not restrict players to fixed classes, enabling them to create unique skill combinations from various specializations. The game features an in-depth social and economic system where players can form guilds, participate in sieges, engage in piracy, and even establish their own laws within controlled territories. Naval battles, an open PvP system, and the opportunity to explore a vast world have made ArcheAge one of the most ambitious MMORPGs of its time. A later version, ArcheAge Unchained, was released with a new business model eliminating pay-to-win elements.
