Condemned 2: Bloodshot

A first-person shooter with horror and detective elements developed by Monolith Productions and published by Sega. A sequel to Condemned: Criminal Origins, the game follows former FBI agent Ethan Thomas, who has fallen into alcoholism and despair after the events of the first game. However, he is forced back into action to investigate a series of brutal murders linked to a mysterious organization and the spread of a psychoacoustic signal that manipulates human minds. Players must fight deranged criminals, mutants, and corrupt officials using melee combat, firearms, and their own fists. The game features an improved melee combat system, new forensic investigation mechanics, and psychological thriller elements where Ethan faces his fears and hallucinations. With its dark atmosphere, brutal violence, and intense gameplay, Condemned 2: Bloodshot remains one of the most disturbing games of its time. Despite positive reviews for its refined gameplay and deep narrative, the game was never released on PC and remained exclusive to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
