A football simulation game developed by EA Canada, FIFA 11 continues the popular franchise with enhanced animation, ball physics, and an updated control system. It introduces the Personality+ feature, which makes players more unique by reflecting their real-life attributes and playing styles. The dribbling, passing, and shooting mechanics have been refined, and new game modes include "Be a Goalkeeper," allowing players to take control of a goalkeeper for the first time in the series. The PC version received a significantly improved engine, bringing it closer to the console experience, while the multiplayer mode enabled global competition. FIFA 11 was released on Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS, and iOS.
