Free Guy

An American science fiction action comedy film released in 2021, directed by Shawn Levy. The story takes place in the open-world video game Free City, reminiscent of Grand Theft Auto, where an NPC named Guy (Ryan Reynolds) unexpectedly becomes self-aware. Guy, a regular bank teller, follows a pre-programmed routine until he meets the mysterious Molotov Girl (Jodie Comer), who is actually Millie, a programmer fighting against the corporation that owns the game.
