Gears of War 3

A third-person shooter and the conclusion to the original Gears of War trilogy, developed by Epic Games exclusively for the Xbox 360. The story takes place a year and a half after the events of the second game, with humanity on the brink of extinction following the destruction of its capital and the emergence of a new threat—the parasitic "Lambent." Marcus Fenix and the remaining COG soldiers must fight not only the Locust Horde but also this new enemy, which threatens all life. The game delivers an intense, cinematic campaign with up to four-player co-op, an improved cover and shooting system, and an expanded arsenal. The multiplayer mode features deeper customization, new maps, and game modes, while Horde mode has been reworked to include fortifications and strategic elements. Additionally, the new Beast mode allows players to take control of the Locust against COG forces.
