Out of Death

A 2021 American thriller about a woman who unexpectedly finds herself entangled in a dangerous conspiracy. Photographer Shannon (Jaime King) travels to the mountains to scatter her father's ashes, but she accidentally witnesses a crime—corrupt police officers executing a drug dealer. She captures the event on camera, but is spotted by the ruthless officer Tom (Lala Kent), who begins a relentless hunt to silence her. Shannon is forced to flee into the wilderness, where she struggles to survive. Meanwhile, retired sheriff Jack Harris (Bruce Willis), dealing with his own personal tragedy, decides to step in and help her. Using his experience and skills, he becomes her only hope for survival. The film promises tension and suspense but received mostly negative reviews from critics, who criticized its weak script, low production quality, and minimal screen time for Bruce Willis, whose role is reduced to a few key scenes.
