Sinister

The 2012 American supernatural horror film, directed by Scott Derrickson and written by Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill, centers on struggling true-crime writer Ellison Oswalt (Ethan Hawke), who moves his family into a new home, unaware that it was the site of gruesome murders.
