A Russian military-historical TV series that premiered in 2018. The plot is based on real events that took place in 1985 at the Badaber camp, located in Pakistan near the Afghan border. A group of Soviet prisoners of war, held in the camp by the Mujahideen, organized an uprising in an attempt to break free. The main character, Captain Yuri Nikitin (Sergey Marin), finds himself at the center of this brutal confrontation. The series portrays the heroism, resilience, and tragic fate of Soviet soldiers fighting for their lives in dire conditions.
