The Haunting of Hill House

An American horror-drama TV series released in 2018, created by Mike Flanagan for Netflix. The plot centers on the Crain family, who, in 1992, move into Hill House to renovate and sell the mansion. The family includes parents Hugh (Henry Thomas) and Olivia (Carla Gugino), along with their five children: Steven (Michiel Huisman), Shirley (Elizabeth Reaser), Theodora (Kate Siegel), and twins Nell (Victoria Pedretti) and Luke (Oliver Jackson-Cohen). Paranormal events begin to occur in the house, leading to the tragic death of Olivia. Years later, the adult Crain children and their father are forced to confront their past traumas after the unexpected death of Nell, compelling them to return to Hill House and face the haunting experiences of their childhood.
