Beavis and Butt-Head Do America

A 1996 American feature-length animated comedy film based on the popular MTV animated series "Beavis and Butt-Head." The screenplay was written and directed by series creator Mike Judge, who also voiced the main characters. The film also features Demi Moore, Bruce Willis, Robert Stack, and Cloris Leachman in supporting roles. The plot follows two slacker teenagers, Beavis and Butt-Head, who discover their television is missing and embark on a journey across the United States to find a replacement. Along the way, they inadvertently become involved in a criminal conspiracy involving biological weapons and become fugitives pursued by FBI agents. Their adventures are filled with absurd situations, satire on American culture, and parody of road movies. The film received positive reviews from critics and grossed $63.1 million at the box office against a $12 million budget, becoming the second highest-grossing animated film of 1996 after "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." In 2022, a sequel titled "Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe" was released.
