Black Eagle

The 1988 American action film directed by Eric Karson follows the story of Ken Tani (Shô Kosugi), an elite CIA agent and martial arts master known by the codename "Black Eagle." When a U.S. military jet equipped with a top-secret targeting system crashes into the waters near Malta, Tani is assigned the critical mission of preventing the sensitive technology from falling into Soviet hands.
