The second standalone expansion to Company of Heroes, developed by Relic Entertainment, introduces three new mini-campaigns along with new units and unique multiplayer modes. Each campaign focuses on small but intense operations: "Tiger Ace" puts players in command of a legendary Tiger I tank crew on the Western Front, "Causeway" follows American paratroopers during the Normandy landings, and "Falaise Pocket" showcases the German retreat under heavy opposition. Unlike previous entries, Tales of Valor emphasizes direct unit control, removing traditional base-building and resource-gathering mechanics. The multiplayer experience is expanded with new units and modes such as "Operation Stonewall," a wave-based defense challenge, and "Victory Point," which focuses on tactical point control. While smaller in scale compared to Opposing Fronts, Tales of Valor offers a fresh take on the series' mechanics and enhances both single-player and multiplayer gameplay.
