A Russian rap group from Moscow, formed on November 15, 1998. The founding members were Rustam Alyautdinov (Rustaveli), DJ Hassan, Grek, Kuzmitch, and King-Kong. The group quickly gained popularity due to their unique style, which they referred to as "Kuzminsky," named after the Moscow district where the group was founded. Their music combined elements of hip-hop, instrumental hip-hop, and political rap, with lyrics known for their depth and social focus. In 1999, the group participated in the Rap Music festival, and in 2000, they won the Grand Prix at the "Micro 2000" festival. In 2001, they secured third place at the Adidas Streetball Challenge festival. Under the name "Mnogotochie," the group released three studio albums, as initially planned: three dots — three albums. In 2006, the group announced its disbandment; however, the creative work continued under the names "DotsFam" and "Mnogotochie Band," with Rustaveli remaining the only constant member. The group is known for their principled approach to creativity: they rejected commercialization, prohibited unauthorized photo and video recording at concerts, and did not produce music videos. Throughout their existence, "Mnogotochie" had a significant impact on the Russian hip-hop scene, remaining a symbol of underground rap and social responsibility in music.
