Russian rap-rock artist, songwriter, and musician, born on March 9, 1985, in Yartsevo, Smolensk Oblast. From an early age, he showed an interest in music, beginning classical guitar lessons at the age of 10. During his teenage years, he moved with his mother to Belgorod, where he twice became a laureate of the regional classical guitar competition. At 13, inspired by Nirvana and The Prodigy, he formed his first rock band. In the early 2000s, he participated in hip-hop groups V.I.P. and Face2Face. In 2003, after enrolling at the Russian State University for the Humanities, he moved to Moscow and formed the alternative rock band Protivo Gunz. In 2006, he signed a solo contract with the label Respect Production, and in 2007, with the Russian division of Universal Music Group. His debut album, "The Greatest Hits vol.1," was released in 2008, followed by albums like "The Last Album" (2010), "King of the Hill" (2016), and "Hard Reboot" (2014), solidifying his position in the Russian music scene. Known for his socially and politically charged lyrics and active civic stance, he has participated in protest actions and charity concerts. In 2022, following the onset of military actions in Ukraine, he emigrated to Vilnius and continued his musical activities abroad, participating in anti-war festivals and forming the supergroup Voices of Peace with Monetochka and Vitya Isaev. Throughout his career, he has released nine studio albums, seven live albums, and over twenty singles, remaining a significant figure in Russian musical culture.
