Eternals

The 2021 American superhero film, directed by Chloé Zhao, is based on Marvel Comics. Set after the events of "Avengers: Endgame" (2019), the film follows the Eternals, an ancient race of immortal beings who emerge from hiding to protect Earth from their longtime enemies, the Deviants. Created by the powerful Celestials thousands of years ago, the Eternals have lived among humans without interfering in their affairs. However, a new threat forces them to reunite. The story centers on Ikaris (Richard Madden), who can fly and shoot energy beams from his eyes, Sersi (Gemma Chan), who can manipulate matter, and Thena (Angelina Jolie), a master warrior wielding weapons made of pure energy. The team also includes Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Druig (Barry Keoghan), Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry), Gilgamesh (Ma Dong-seok), Sprite (Lia McHugh), and Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), each possessing unique abilities. The film explores themes of fate, moral dilemmas, and the Eternals' relationship with humanity.
