Girls to Buy

The 2021 Polish drama film, directed by Maria Sadowska, is based on real events described in Piotr Krysiak's book. The story follows a young woman named Emilia (Polska Górka), who dreams of a luxurious life and financial independence. To achieve her goals, she becomes part of an elite escort agency that caters to wealthy and influential clients. As Emilia is drawn deeper into a world of lavish parties, exclusive encounters, and dangerous connections, she soon realizes that this life comes with a price: harsh conditions, manipulation, threats, and the loss of personal freedom. The agency is run by the ruthless Nadia (Katarzyna Figura), who controls her girls with an iron grip. As Emilia faces moral dilemmas and tries to escape this world, she discovers that getting out is not as easy as she thought.
