John Wick: Chapter 4

The 2023 American neo-noir action thriller film directed by Chad Stahelski is the fourth installment in the "John Wick" franchise. Keanu Reeves reprises his role as John Wick, the legendary hitman seeking revenge against the High Table. After killing the Elder, the only person above the High Table, Wick finds himself on the run with a $14 million bounty on his head. Marquis Vincent de Gramont (Bill Skarsgård), a high-ranking member of the High Table, assigns blind assassin and old friend of John, Caine (Donnie Yen), to eliminate him, threatening to kill Caine's daughter otherwise. John seeks refuge in the Osaka Continental Hotel, managed by his friend Shimazu Koji (Hiroyuki Sanada). However, the hotel is attacked by High Table assassins, and John must fight for his life. The film also stars Laurence Fishburne, Lance Reddick, Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, Clancy Brown, and Ian McShane. The film received positive reviews from critics for its action choreography, visual style, and Reeves' performance, and grossed $440.1 million worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing film in the franchise at that time.
