Pound of Flesh

A 2015 Canadian action thriller directed by Ernie Barbarash. The story follows former black-ops agent Deacon Lyle (Jean-Claude Van Damme), who travels to Manila, Philippines, to donate his kidney to his terminally ill niece, Isabella Lyle (Adele Baughan). However, the night before the operation, he becomes a victim of organ theft; waking up in his hotel room, he discovers his kidney has been removed. Determined to retrieve the stolen organ and save his niece, Deacon embarks on a relentless quest through the city's dark underbelly—brothels, underground fight clubs, and black markets. Along the way, he is assisted by his former comrade George Lyle (John Ralston) and local resident Anna Riley (Charlotte Peters). His pursuit leads him to confront the mastermind behind the organ trafficking ring, Drake (Darren Shahlavi).
