Shrek 2

The sequel to the cult animated film Shrek, released in 2004. After the wedding of Shrek (Mike Myers) and Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz), they receive an invitation to the kingdom of Far Far Away to meet Fiona’s parents—King Harold (John Cleese) and Queen Lillian (Julie Andrews). However, the royal couple is not pleased that their daughter has married an ogre. Meanwhile, the Fairy Godmother (Jennifer Saunders) and her son, Prince Charming (Rupert Everett), conspire to separate Shrek and Fiona. In this adventure, Shrek, Donkey (Eddie Murphy), and their new friend Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) must battle magic, overcome challenges, and prove that true love goes beyond appearances. The film continues to parody classic fairy tales, is packed with humor, and remains one of the best animated comedies of all time.
