Smile 2

"Smile 2" is a 2024 American supernatural psychological horror film written and directed by Parker Finn. Serving as a sequel to the 2022 film "Smile," it centers on pop star Skye Riley (Naomi Scott), who begins to experience increasingly disturbing events just as she is about to embark on tour. The cast also includes Rosemarie DeWitt, Lukas Gage, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Ray Nicholson, Dylan Gelula, and Raúl Castillo, with Kyle Gallner reprising his role from the first film. Following the commercial success of the original, Finn signed a deal with Paramount Pictures to create the sequel. Filming took place in early 2024 in New York. Released on October 18, 2024, the film received positive reviews from critics, particularly praising Naomi Scott's performance, and grossed $138.1 million worldwide. A third installment in the franchise is currently in development.
