Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

The 2007 American gothic musical slasher film, directed by Tim Burton with a screenplay by John Logan, is based on the eponymous musical by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler, which in turn is based on Christopher Bond's 1970 play.
