A series of lectures delivered by Major General Konstantin Pavlovich Petrov, dedicated to the Concept of Public Safety (CPS) and the Sufficiently General Theory of Management (SGTM). In these lectures, Petrov thoroughly examines issues of societal governance, reveals mechanisms of global control, and analyzes historical processes from the perspective of manageability. He emphasizes the importance of understanding conceptual power and the necessity for Russia to develop its own management concept. The lectures are supplemented with visual diagrams and illustrations to facilitate comprehension. This lecture series was recorded in 2004 in Tyumen and comprises approximately 30 hours of video material. Konstantin Petrov, a candidate of technical sciences and a member of the International Academy of Informatization, shares his knowledge and experience accumulated over years of service in the Soviet and Russian military-space forces, as well as his work at the Mission Control Center and the A. F. Mozhaysky Military-Space Academy. The lectures are intended for a broad audience and aim to increase public awareness on issues of public safety and governance.
