The Garage

A 1979 Soviet satirical comedy directed by Eldar Ryazanov. The film takes place in a small meeting room where members of a garage cooperative gather to distribute parking spots for their future garages. However, the situation quickly spirals out of control when it is revealed that some members are to be excluded from the list.
