The Greatest Event in Television History​

The Greatest Event in Television History is an American comedy miniseries in the mockumentary genre, created by Adam Scott and Naomi Scott, which first aired in 2012 on Adult Swim. The series consists of four episodes, each presenting a faux-documentary narrative about the process of recreating the opening credits of popular 1980s TV shows such as "Simon & Simon," "Hart to Hart," "Too Close for Comfort," and "Bosom Buddies." Each episode features well-known actors, including Adam Scott, Jon Hamm, Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd, Catherine O'Hara, and others, portraying fictionalized versions of themselves as well as characters from the original shows.
