The Last of the Mohicans​

The 1992 American historical drama directed by Michael Mann, based on James Fenimore Cooper's novel, transports viewers to 1757 during the French and Indian War. The story centers on Nathaniel "Hawkeye" Poe (Daniel Day-Lewis), a white man raised by the Mohicans Chingachgook (Russell Means) and his son Uncas (Eric Schweig). Chingachgook avenges his son's death by killing Magua, becoming the last of the Mohicans.
