The St. Valentine's Day Massacre​

A 1967 American gangster film directed by Roger Corman and written by Howard Browne, based on the real-life 1929 mass murder of seven members of Chicago's North Side Gang on orders from Al Capone. The film, shot in a docudrama style, meticulously recreates the events leading up to the massacre, incorporating historical details. Jason Robards portrays Al Capone, George Segal plays Peter Gusenberg, and David Canary takes on the role of Frank Gusenberg. Ralph Meeker appears as George "Bugs" Moran, leader of the North Side Gang. Narrated by Paul Frees, the film provides a documentary-like account of the escalating tensions between rival gangs, culminating in the infamous garage massacre on Clark Street.
