A 2016 South Korean horror film directed by Yeon Sang-ho, it depicts a zombie apocalypse unfolding on a train from Seoul to Busan. The main character, Seok-woo (Gong Yoo), a successful fund manager, decides to take his daughter Su-an (Kim Su-an) to her mother in Busan for her birthday. During the journey, a zombie virus outbreak occurs, and the train's passengers find themselves trapped among the infected. Among the survivors are pregnant woman Seong-kyeong (Jung Yu-mi) and her husband Sang-hwa (Ma Dong-seok), as well as young couple Yong-guk (Choi Woo-shik) and Jin-hee (Ahn So-hee). As they strive to survive, the protagonists face not only bloodthirsty zombies but also the selfish businessman Yong-suk (Kim Eui-sung), whose actions endanger the lives of other passengers. The film explores themes of self-sacrifice, humanity, and the struggle for survival under extreme conditions.
