Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets

The 2017 French science fiction space opera film directed by Luc Besson is based on the comic series "Valérian and Laureline" by writer Pierre Christin and artist Jean-Claude Mézières. Set in the 28th century, special operatives Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne) maintain order throughout the universe.
