Allods Online is a Russian massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by Astrum Nival (later My.Games). The game takes place in the fantasy world of Sarnaut, consisting of floating islands known as allods. Players choose between two warring factions—the League or the Empire—as well as from a variety of races and classes to create a unique character. One of the game's standout features is the astral ship system, allowing players to explore unknown territories, travel between allods, and engage in battles against monsters and other players. The game includes dungeons, PvP battles, guilds, crafting, and an intricate character progression system. The visuals blend classic fantasy with steampunk elements. Initially launched as a subscription-based game, Allods Online later transitioned to a free-to-play model with in-game purchases. Despite changes in monetization, the game remains one of the most well-known Russian MMORPGs, offering a deep and diverse gameplay experience.
