Donnie Darko

An American science fiction psychological thriller film released in 2001, directed by Richard Kelly. Set in October 1988, it follows emotionally troubled teenager Donnie Darko (Jake Gyllenhaal), who narrowly escapes a bizarre accident due to sleepwalking. Then the visions begin.
