Gran Turismo 5

A racing simulator developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Computer Entertainment exclusively for PlayStation 3. It is the first game in the Gran Turismo series released for the seventh-generation console and introduced many technical innovations, including Full HD support, a realistic physics engine, and an improved damage system. The game features over 1,000 cars, divided into "premium" and "standard" models, as well as more than 70 tracks with multiple variations. Gran Turismo 5 was the first in the series to offer dynamic weather and time-of-day changes, NASCAR, WRC, and kart racing, along with a fully developed multiplayer mode. The in-depth single-player mode includes traditional license tests, championships, and special events, such as the famous rally test with Sébastien Loeb. The game received high praise for its attention to detail, realistic driving physics, and graphical execution, making it one of the most popular racing games for PlayStation 3.
