Robin and Marian

The 1976 British-American adventure film directed by Richard Lester offers a mature and unconventional take on the Robin Hood legend. Set years after the famed exploits of Robin Hood, the story follows Robin (Sean Connery) as he returns to England after many years spent fighting in the Crusades under King Richard the Lionheart (Richard Harris).
