RoboCop

The 1994 Canadian science fiction television series, directed by Paul Lynch, serves as an adaptation of the original 1987 film, disregarding the events of its sequels. Set several years after the death of Alex Murphy, who is resurrected as the cyborg RoboCop (Richard Eden), the series follows his continued fight against crime in Old Detroit. RoboCop faces new challenges, including corporate conspiracies and threats from high-tech criminals. He is partnered with Officer Lisa Madigan (Yvette Nipar) and supported by Sergeant Stanley Parks (Blu Mankuma). The series comprises one season with 21 episodes and a pilot, targeting a younger audience, which led to a reduction in violence compared to the original film.
