The Dark Crystal

The 1982 American-British fantasy film directed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz is a unique work entirely performed using puppetry without any live actors. Set on the planet Thra, a thousand years after a cataclysmic event split the urSkeks into two opposing species: the malevolent, greedy Skeksis and the benevolent, wise Mystics.
