The Tomorrow War

The 2021 American science-fiction action film, directed by Chris McKay, takes place in the near future when humanity faces extinction due to an alien invasion by a species called the White Spikes. In 2022, during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, time travelers arrive from the year 2051, warning that humanity is losing a war against these aliens.
